FAQ of Flour Milling Equipments
1. What is the difference between vertical structure and horizontal one?
The process theory of vertical structure is same with the horizontal ones. The differences are following:
a. In the horizontal structure,the flour mill is on the same level with the plansifter; And in the vertical ones, the plansifter is above the flour mill which is one the second floor, then the through can go to the mill directly relying on gravitation which save the power of the fan, and also simplify the air net which enable the easier operation, (such as, reducing the blocking of wheat)
b. The vertical structure is more beautiful.
c. The vertical can be operated more easily, for example you do not need to go to the trench for pulling out the wheat if it is dropped out.
d. Installing the same type of equipment, the capacity of vertical will be higher than the horizontal one
e. The vertical cost a little more than the horizontal for the more elevators and steel frame.
2. I saw that your domestic work go very well, but I wonder whether you also can deal with the international ones.

3. What is the difference between your M6FTY series and M6FZD since they have the same capacity?
The main difference is degree of automation, M6FZD have the function of automatic feeding and loading. And the M6FY series are manually, but the quality of product is the same.
4. What is the continuous operating time of this machine? I mean for how long can it function without stopping, and when it has to be given a rest, then of what period?
After our testing for many times, we can assure you our machine can operate continuously for more than 5-7days. Only thing you should do is to lubricate the machine timely.
5.The small flour mill, can I use it in series if I wish to expand capacity in future?
yes, you can expand capacity in the future.
6. Difference between round sieve and double section plansifter:
Plansifter products flour by grinding material's rotation and vibration. Round sieve products flour by pressing grinding material between bushes and sieves. For the flour quality, plansifter flour contains fewer bran than round sieve. Also plansifter is always used in bigger capacity such as more than 50T/D. In fact, round sieve also can make super quality flour if you grind the wheat for few times(more times you grind the wheat, flour quality worse.)
7. What is the different cost between the automatic packing system and manual one? And how will advise them?
USD$6500 for computerized automatic packing system. But the manual packing system is around $95.
If the capacity is less than 50T/D, it is not necessary to buy automatic packing system. Manual packing is enough.
8. Will you provide me with construction plan of the plant?
We will give you our suggestion, but final decision is depend on you. For a flour mill with capacity less than 50T/D, the work shop is simple. Just design it by the dimension of product line. And above the 50TPD, we will ask your requirement and advise accordingly.

11.Will the plan include the silo to store crude wheat?
For small capacity flour product line we set up crude wheat silo by concrete. Our engineer will give you his advice and help you to build it during installation of the machinery.
12.Is it 19/tonne per 24 hrs? is it bigger than 6fty-15b. Are these types of machine single rollers?
6FTY-19 means 19T/D with round sieve. 6FTY-15B means 15T/D with round sieve. Both of them adopt single rollers. Type of Double rollers is always used for bigger capacity.
