The Flour Milling Process

We recently received an inquiry of our former customer who bought the flour mill, he remind some questions of the flour milling process. Here, we show the items as following and hope they can do some favor for you when you have the same questions as he meet.
 

1. The wear parts are screen, brush, goose brush, which are all in stock.
2. The parts change depend on your condition.The screen can change after worn, if materials are clean, you can use above 2 months. Brush and goose brush ues above 2-3 months generally.
3. I recommend you buy some parts in local place from other providers, the price is low. The grinder roll uses about 6 months, the trace may be worn that will affect the capacity and increase power consumption. You would better find a flour mill plant to fix the grinder roll, it is easy for them.
4. All the flour milling process comes with installation, operating and maintenance manuals in English.
5. We offer on-line assistance during installation and start up, we can also send people to help for your requirements.
6. We warranty maintain, parts replace, except wear parts in one year(non artificial)
7. We send some of this model flour mill to Hong Kong and Korea a few days ago.
