8TPD Cassava Starch Process Equipment

The following we introduce is 8TPD cassava starch process, it mainly includes flour parts:
Cleaning Section (cassava clean conveyor, blade cleaning machine, scallperator, scraper conveyor)
Refined Section ( extrusion milling machine, fine filter (emulsion), grit catcher, enrichment and protein separator, interim tank or pool, vacuum dehydrator)
Drying Section (air dryer, hot air exchanger, power distribution cabinet)
And some auxiliary equipment such as charging line, packer, pipes, pump and motor, nonstandard parts and other materials.

Factory: The engineering equipment covers about 200 square, plant width can not less than 8 meters, height not less than 4 meters, some parts are more than 10 meters (can open on the roof), the plant is generally not less than 1,000 square.

Electricity
380 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, the maximum voltage fluctuation of 6%, and the maximum frequency fluctuation of 4%.Capacity is about 80KW
Water: 10 cubic meters / h at room temperature, it is for cleaning and washing starch, and meets drinking water standards.

Steam
Drying section can not use coal furnaces and hot-air exchanger, adopts boiler and radiator with 0.5 tons.

Tail powder collecting tank, more than 3 meters long and 2 meters wide, 1 meter high, the number is 2-3.
