40TPD Wheat Flour Milling Line

Wheat Flour Milling Line Technological Process:
1. The part of cleaning wheat: adopt technology of dry cleaning: two siftering two scourer, tow stoner, two magnetic separator, one separator, one tempering the wheat.
2. The technology of making flour: It adopts new technological process of “4B.4M.1S”, grade with plansifter, extracted the flour with plansifter, which can improve the extraction ratio flour and ensure the quality of flour.

The number of the workers: Every shift needs about 4-6 works (It needs 3 shifts per day, so needs 15 workers) Including 1 worker operation, 1 or 2 workers for conveying the wheat, 1 worker for repairing and controlling the electricity, 1 or 2 workers for bagging (excludes laboratory technician, purchasing and saling person, accountant and management)
 

Install, adjust and teachnique training:
The customer can install, adjust the equipments by oneself, If needs our plant to guide install, adjustment, the customer should send a invited letter to our plant, we can send 2-3 technicians to help install and adjust the wheat flour milling line, and the time of installing is 40 days, the workers can attend to the actions of installing, adjustment, during the training.
